Retail Pitches

Every Showmasters event attracts a diverse and discerning crowd, many of whom are looking for fun, quirky and highly collectable items that they cannot find on the high street. The retail exhibition floor is always a destination for our visitors; many say it’s something they save up for in advance. According to a recent visitor survey, over a third of visitors planned to spend between £100-200 at the event, with over a quarter claiming it would be closer to £500.

Booking & Payment

Due to the nature of the layout for this event we are not using the Eventbrite system to book exhibitor tables. If you wish to book please email [email protected] with details of what you would like your pitch to include and an invoice will be raised for payment.

All tables must be paid for in advance of the show. No booking is 100% confirmed until FULL payment has been made.

Access Times

Table setup and traders let in from 7pm Thursday
Friday setup for traders 6am to 7am with trolleys. Hand moved stock from 7am to 10am
Friday open to public 10am to 7pm
Saturday open to public 9am to 6pm
Sunday open to Public 9am to 4pm
Breakdown Sunday 4pm to 6pm

Bookings for tables are on a first come, first served basis. The number of exhibitors will be limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
Displays may not be over 2.4m high without pre-approved risk assessments
Those with 2 or more pitches booked are given the option to purchase one additional weekend exhibitor wristband at a discounted price of £20
Spaces are not transferable and non-refundable
All bookings are subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions.
Pitches are for the duration of the event (two days). Exhibitors are expected to be in attendance for the duration.
All set-up must be done in advance as per instructions within the exhibitors pack (which will be provided in advance of the event)

Please note that there will be no shell scheme or end of row options for this event and bookings are on a first come basis. Artists are welcome to attend however there is no specific artist alley for this event. T&C apply.

Location

We do not provide a floor plan but any location requests will be taken into account and we will try our best to accommodate them. You will be sent an information pack via email in the weeks before the show. It will contain all the details you need to know that are not available until that time. (Please make sure you provide a valid email at the time of booking to ensure the details reach you correctly.)
